Our room rates start at $99 and go up to $250, depending on the size of the room and the season. You will love staying at this Pismo Beach Boutique Hotel!
- All of our rooms have a "no smoking, no pet policy"
- A 2 night minimum applies on weekends.
- A 3 night minimum applies to special event & holiday weekends with a 10 day cancellation policy.
- A 72 hour cancellation policy on standard bookings.
- All of our rooms with 2 beds are a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm, arrangements can be made for late arrivals.
- We will bid you farewell by 11:00 a.m.
